Lush Lab offers private, one-on-one nail and hair services for busy professionals who value time, precision, and quality. Travel service to your home, office, or preferred location, delivering a studio-level manicure experience without the noise or wait of a traditional salon. Every service is executed with medical-grade sanitation, single-use tools, and meticulous attention to hygiene—because clean, safe practices are a standard, not a selling point. We serve clients who don’t settle for anything less than excellence. Each set is carefully crafted with premium products, advanced techniques, and intentional design to ensure nails that are beautiful, durable, and uniquely tailored to you. A $100 travel fee is included with every set, and applies to all appointments within the NYC area (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island). Any location outside of NYC is subject to an additional surcharge based on distance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new deposit. Lateness & Service Guarantee At LushLab, punctuality and professionalism are a priority. To maintain a smooth experience for both clients and the artist, please review the following: If the Artist Is Delayed: In the rare event that I must cancel, reschedule, or arrive late to your appointment without at least 48 hours’ notice, you will receive: Up to 40% off your next appointment, or $15 off your service if I arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior communication. This applies only when the delay or cancellation is caused by the artist. If the Client Is Late: Please respect the scheduled appointment time. Time affects quality and travel bookings. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late may require appointment adjustments or cancellation, and will be treated according to the cancellation policy. Client Responsibility & Courtesy: Communication is key. If running behind, please notify as soon as possible so adjustments may be made when possible. Excessive lateness may impact nail design options to maintain timing and sanitation standards.
